We took pigeon table top wet grinder 8 months back but now it is giving us trouble the stones are properly not rotating and while running it is giving us a great and loud noise .we called to the customer service people of pigeon since a month but they tell they will send a person but no use no body comes to see the product.So please look into this..
Looks like Pigeon home appliances have to learn basic lesson of customer satisfaction and service for thriving in this competitive business world, because I see another such grievance of my friendly customer of Pigeon Wet Grinder.
Customer patience is being dealt very badly by Pigeon Home Appliance Service center.

I bought a pigeon table top wet grinder from Alleppey (kerala) 3 yrs back.It takes more time for grinding the rice ie, for 1kg ,it takes one & half hrs for grinding the rice. It was very difficult to us,so we complained to the shop and they sent Pigeon's service men . They checked and replaced another one and it also shows the same complaint and several times we had given complaint to the shop we purchased it from.But there's no response from them.Your customer Care is very poor at Alleppey. Now we do not take this grinder for grinding .So you please do something favour to us.

We have purchased a TABLE TOP WET GRINDER from ADISHAWAR in Hyderabad Banjarahills branch 15 days back but have used today ony its not working we called up to the same above by complanting but they are giving no response for us to see our product and give us deom. Is this the service u porovide to your customers. Its not an easy task to carry the item to the shop. Not even one we have purchased 2 the same items at a time on dates 16th feb.
Please provide us the service if u are the real surviver.

I also purchased pigeon wet grinder and it took a lot of time to grind and after 1 year i changed the belt and after 1 year the motor stopped working. Very bad quality.
PIGEON - DESIGN FLAWS and POOR CUTOMER SERVICE
I bought a pigeon wet grinder a month ago ...
1. The DESIGN is SO WORST that it NEVER LOCKS the lid in a single attempt....
The lid gets locked ONCE in 100 times and to complete the grinding we generally need to
open the lid 5-6 time... so to complete grinding we need to try with our luck 500-600 times..
2. Moreover , It produces lots of noise while drinding...
3. The motor gets heated very quickly, i.e for 15-20 mins grinding makes motor very hot...
4. Coming to the customer service, Have a registered a call 5 days ago and the promise to me was it
will be addressed in 48 hours but till now its not been attended by any of their technicians...
We have purchased the pigeon wet grinder during march 2009 and during last week, the outside plastic cover bulged and also when we opened the same, we have seen that the inner white plastic part has been melted and the motor is not working due to the molten material fallen on the heater coil. The belt also cut and we found lot of dust inside the machine.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased MIXER GRINDER of PIGEON MAKE (Special Model) on date 26/11/2011 from your authorized Retailer, M/s. Ganesh Departmental Store, Sector No.8, Gandhidham on 26/11/2010 with Warranty Period of one year vide Bill No.4/324 dated 26/11/2010 (Warranty Casrd enclosed).
This is to inform that after expiry of five months the JAR of the abovesaid MIXER GRINDER got burst due to some technical defect and the same stopped functioning. This fact was brought to the notice of your Retailer, M/s. Ganesh Departmental Store and the JAR same was handed over to them about 5 months back i.e. after ten months of purchase (within the warranty period) for replacement. However, despite repeated requests and reminders, the said JAR has not been replaced to us by your Retailer. As such, the matter was taken up with your authorized dealer, Mr. Pandya of Gandhidham (Mob. No.9428034190), However, despite assurances from the authorized dealer, the said JAR has not been replaced by him till date, thereby causing great inconvenience to us and the functioning of the kitchen has been affected very badly. Needless to mention that I have visited your Authorized Retailer, M/s. Ganesh Departmental Store and your authorized Dealer, Mr. Pandya umpteen number of times but they have not paid any attention to my requests nor taken any action for replacing the JAR but have only been giving assurances, which shows the lack of CUSTOMER CARE and poor quality of AFTER SALE SERVICE on their part, which affects the reputation of your company also.
It will not be out of place to mention here that we have been running from pillar to post since last about 5 months and have been harassed by your Retailer and Authorized Dealer. We have also spoken to Customer Care of your company several times but in vain. Thus, your company has made breach of trust and also harassed us causing us mental torture, for which you are liable to pay compensation separately in addition to the loss caused to us on account of supply of defective equipment.
In view of the above, we request your goodself to kindly intervene in the matter and take necessary action for replacing the defective JAR or else take back the entire set of the MIXER GRINDER and refund the amount paid by us towards purchase of the aforesaid MIXER GRINDER.
Under the circumstances, if our JAR is not replaced or the amount paid by us towards the MIXER GRINDER is not refunded within SEVEN DAYS, we will be compelled to approach CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM or any other appropriate FORUM for redressal of our grievance at your sole risk as to cost and consequences, which please note.

we havepurchased induction stove about 18 months back and we spend more than 3500/- as service charges and spare parts replacement. whenever we give to service centre they says one instyurment is gone you have pay 750/1000/ and more and they will take 15days to replace.
Each staff says different charges. no one knows what to be charge/ management is worst/

I bought pigeon wet grinder from Adishwar-dilshuknagar,Hyderabad just before 4 months from today. I was trying to switch it on but I failled. Some how by appoaching service persons from pigeon third time i switched it on but I found smoke from the grinder. I called Adishwar and I was asking about Door service. but they are not Caring. What can I do now?
