I wish to lodge a complaint against Joggers Park – head office A-22 Green Park main, New Delhi -16.



I have a tread mill which was noisy and yet working well.

My husband approached them and they said they would sent a rep who would check out the machine at no cost and give us an estimate if required any repair before doing so. Their rep visited my house, took away a motor and an PCb monitor and also wangled RS. 500 from my minor daughter saying he would get back. No estimate was left.

After that we followed up with them for over a month making calls, cajoling, beseeching, threatening them to come back and repair or reset the machine. To no avail.





Finally they sent someone who came but could not put back the parts they had removed or get the machine working again. This continued for over a week with different people coming in. now they are rejecting our calls, threatening my husband and have not given us the 500 or got the machine to its original state where it was working albeit noisy..

I have a service ticket from them and that is all.



Please do assist . My husband has high BP and it is necessary for him to exercise which is why we bought this treadmill. This experience has harmed his health immeasurably and also created a loss for us.

Please le me know what recourse is available to us.
