I purchased a crazy talking frog (soft toy) from rediff online shopping (order no. 5486449) which was priced at 399 and shipping charges etc. it was to come from

The enterprise sent me the frog in a shabby packing taped from all sides.
I opened the product and disposed the packing as we regularly do.
the toy is not functioning properly neither did i receive the operating manual with it.
i submitted the complaint online thrice only to see the site responding in the favour of its partners.
it wants me to pack the toy in its original packing and send it to the enterprises and the courier charges will be reimursed to me in the form of online gift certificate.
I have been fooled by the rediff site by spending more than 400 INR only to get a trash product from them.
here i am attaching the mail i received from the rediff customer care.

Once the product has been dispatched from your end, kindly revert to this mail providing complete courier information and the courier charges borne. You may enclose the invoice for the courier charges that will be incurred by you to return the shipment. The same shall be reimbursed in the form of an online Gift Certificate, which can be utilized for future shopping with Rediff.

Also we request you to kindly forward us the scan POD(Proof Of Delivery) copy of the logistic courier through which you have send the product .Such as date of dispatch,Name of the courier,Awb number And amount you pay for the courier. so that we can do the needful for you
