Subject:- Lack in service from Eureka Forbes and default in service
My Name is Dheeraj Kumar and I am a resident of- C-5 2nd Floor, Bungalow road, Adrash nagar, ND- 110033. My father had taken a revised AMC from Eureka Forbes on 01-08-07 until the period of 31-07-09.
Under the AMC the company has given us a receipt of providing 4 services plus 1 extra within this 2 period service contract- (Scanned copy attached). However since 2007 they have not been providing us the prompt service under the AMC contract as promised. We have called several times and have been promised a visit by the Eureka Forbes service executive. However no one comes. Since 2007 we have had only 1 service visit and now the contract is near end.
After several calls on – 011-32576070; I demanded that I should get the service as promised under the agreement. Then they said that they will provide services even after the expiry of the contract. However I demanded a written copy of this promise and they haven’t provided me that as well.
Sir, this AMC was taken by my father who expired in Sept 2007. Since then my mother and I have been trying to get the service promised but we haven’t been given any solution.
I request your guidance and intervention to help me solve the default in service by Eureka Forbes.
