I had purchased one set of SONY Make, 40 Inches size LCD TV, Model: KLV40V400A, Sl. No. 1200318 from M/s Bhavani Sales Corporation, Jamnagar. The Cash Receipt No. is 2234 dated: 17.10.2008. Yesterday i.e. on 24.05.2011 morning when I switched on the TV early morning, there were found to be very thin lines in the left bottom corner of the TV.

I understand that the TV has developed a serious defect causing interruption to normal view. Pl. look into the matter and arrange for necessary action as deemed fit in line with Company's Policy.

Written complaint was lodged with SONY on 25.05.2011 @ sonyindia.care@ap.sony.com. Complain No. is : 7509482.

But of no avail, till date. Pl. look into the matter earliest.
