I from cochin kerala. I bought a Videocon washing machine from best
marketing cochin. After one month it is not working. I reported the
matter to videocon customer care in this number : 18004194040 and they
told me they will send technician and gave me a compliant ID:
cop0207090193. After that nothing had happend. I kept on calling and
today someone called me from this number: 04842314187 and asked for
model number of the washing machine. As I was at my office I gave my
wife's mobile number. But she too was unaware of the model number. For
that reason the man who called used very abusive language at her.



I kindly request you to immediate action for using abusive language at my wife and get the washing machine repaired soon
