Bagittoday Group not refund my amount

Dear ,
I have placed a order with Bagittoday Group with order id -100495397 . Their executive made false statement at the time of order after receiving parcel , i was surprisesed with false state that made today group executive . after that i have returned that parcel to back to BagitToday group , now they are once again making false statement for refund amount of INR 24999.

Please do needful for my huge amount blocked with Today group.
