I purchased a wall fan on 23/04/2010 from tri nagar(invoice number- 1150). Now the fan stopped working. When I called to customer care they will gave me complaint no.1103045835, and informed me
that their executive will come on 30/03/11 and told me that it is under warranty so the fan will be changed in two days but there is no response from company then I called at customer care they told me
that the fan is not under warranty then I called area manager, He informed me that he will solve the problem but after some days he told me that he cant solve the problem. My fan is under warranty and
I want the fan to be replaced.
