Hi,

Did purchase Dish TV DTH service thru online on April 18th, 2011. The product has not been delivered to my address as promised by them with 3 to 5 working days. I did call them 4 times on the customer care service number 1860-180-3474 to register a complaint, everytime they say that they had escalated the issue and will arrange a call back to me and refuses to provide me a reference number. I just a have token No:37511 for reference regarding this transaction recieved on my email.

I did even check with them before making the purchase and they confirmed that they will install in my area(Kharghar, sector 20)

Not sure what has to be regarding this? Please help me out.
