Dear Sir/Madam,


I am kalyanaraman i am from tamilnadu, i booked a airtel digital tv hd connection on 19th april(14658525 reference no. for the transaction for the amount INR.3134),i got a message from airtel stating my account no as 3007734501 after that no one from airtel side contacted me and i have been talking to airtel customercare executives for a long time but no proper reply from them,i want my product to be delivered by today otherwise i dont want the product because the girl who contacts me and done the transaction said tat the product will be delivered in 72hrs time,i think its already over ,so please help me to get the product from the company or help me to file a comlaint against them in the consumer court and teach them a lesson. ispend nearly 10% of the product money for mobile bill to talk to the airtel customer care pupils.
