Hello:

I have purchased a Micromax Q5 and it is not working as it is not getting charged. I have tried contacting the dealer, service centre, Micromax Headoffice (no body pick the numbers)... and not getting any help from anyone.

I have tried contacting them at the Twitter as well however it is also of no help.

Please suggest the next steps.
