I am Bhavesh Ubhadiya from Delhi. I baught a new Samsung LCD and got a free Dish TV connection with it. As per the instructions on the voucher, I claimed for the Dish TV connection. The Dish tv technician came on 26/03/2011 to install the dish tv but at that time I did not have the voucher with me so he kept the dish and set top box on my premises and told me that he will return in 2-3 days. He fill in the Subscriber application form and took the charges (700 Rs/-) from me without giving me any bill for that. He told me that he will bring the bill when he returns. It has been more than 2 weeks now, and he has not returned back to install the dish. Initially, when I called him he would lie that he is coming or he is busy somewhere. Now he does not even pick up the call.
I am calling the customer care since last 4 days and they are saying that my complaint is under process and it will resolve in 24 hours but nobody is doing anything. I have even written an email to the customer care but tohing has been done from there side.
I am calling this technician daily and he does not come. there has been a lot of mental harrasment due to their poor services. I want to file a complaint against Dish tv and the technician.
