Hi,

I bought inverter on 30 August 2008 from Sigtel International and one more inverter with same configuration two months later and today is June 26th I have been struggling with sigtel and battery distributor of black gold.

From very first month my inverter was not giving proper back up and found out that one of the cell of one battery is leaked. It took 2 months to give stand by and sending it to distributor.

That is the day and I have never got my original battery replaced and both (sigtel and Black gold authorized distributor are giving various excuses that we have sent to company and will get it replaced in a week or so. It has been 3-4 times they have provided various local old batteries to give me temproary solution and lastly battery provider gave one so called new local battery. After 10 months of frustration and when my 1 year is about to complete, I am writing this letter to get compnesated for loss that has occured due to unavailability of power backup.


Sigtel Owner (Imtiaz 9810930699) and Black Gold Battery Distributor (Sanjay Gandhi 9810152207), none of these are concerned with my problem. Imtiaz says, he is busy with another business so he is not focussing on this and Sanjay says, I have give new battery why customer is complaining.

Kindly let me know how should I proceed so that I do not loose my production hours due to power unavailabity. Because of this problem my 3-4 people sit idle for atleast 3-4 hours daily and has got lost of crashing of two hard disks.
