I had purchase a Tortilla Jumbo Roti maker, during a comsumer sale in Panaji, on 14.02.11.

Service provider: Bharat Electricals, Panaji - Goa

My Problem: Roti Maker worked only for 5 days from the date of purchase.
Repaired for 3 times but failed. Service Provider is saying nothing can be done more.
I calling ( 09986683173) Manager and inform about my problem he promised to sent a new piece by courier and took my address but till date i have not received any courier from them. whenever i try to call he is not answering my call i even sent a mail ( basicassociates2yahoo.com) to them but no respond.

Please Sir / Madam my humble request to you to look in this.
