My self Sanjay Singh last 7 to 8 I had call at ur call center for repairing of my Master Mind Split AC so they gave me complaint no PT0311006760, I have complained many times since after purchased but your technician doesn't solve our problem. They just generate new issue in the last time engineer visit at my communication address Mr. Mustaaq Ahmed so he came and said to my elder brother you should clear out your previous due amount. We are just confuse that kind of miss-behave. I had cleared all out last work done by him. I had also informed to Patna center but they also don't give any positive response he was supporting to him. We don't know what are going behind at service team.

So if you don't resolve my problem within end of the month i'll go for consumer court regarding this kind of attitude of whirlpool team and also we don't recommended such as buy any product of whirlpool due to your service.

We don’t expect such a service from such a renowned brand like Whirlpool. Instead of paying Lakhs of Rupees to the brand ambassador for marketing and sales , I request whirlpool team to take care of their existing customers first and resolve issues.
