On 29th march 2011 when i tried to recharge my videocon d2h connection bearing consumer id no 36891659 it was coming invalid transaction and amount can't be processed so i tried again thinking that it was not processed but again same msg came. But when i checked with my card credit card account it shows that two transactions were successfully done. I tried calling up videocon customer care and asked them to cancel the transaction they say they cant refund my money back. please help
