I want to file a complaint against Airtel DTH service. The services were disconnected without any reason. There have been no response from customer care for almost 50 calls and they have no clue on why this has happened. Even the person who came to install it did not install it properly. This is not something expected from a company like Airtel wherein the consumer has been left at its mercy. This has been horrible experience and I would advice everyone to never buy an Airtel DTH.
