I have ordered drill machine 3-4 days before from Homeshop18 with order no.902432251 but i have received partial delivery with only a Watch & Spark detecting screw driver and not received drill machine till today. So i have log a complaint no.63147465 to Mr Prashant (Customer care executive) and he told me that pls. return whatever you received and gave me TNT courier no.1800 425 999.
I had called TNT courier by today for sending back product purpose. And TNT AWB No.is 281 702 378.

Then after i had called to Customer care executive i.e.Ms.Komal for money back and she have log a req no.63162417 as i am very surprised to your services that is why i have cancelled order. See the tragedy that this is second time i have cancelled order as your service is very unsafe,poor same as cheat to customer. PLs. don't forget that i am an Advocate with high court and i will not tolerate this types of services and refund my money at the earliest.
