I ordered a camcorder from Home shop 18 on phone last year in the name of Rakesh Gupta from my phone no. mentioned in my profile which is saved on the HS18 office computer. They committed that they will send us a Rs 500 gift voucher with the same. Few days later I again ordered a remote control toy helicopter and asked them to deduct the gift voucher amount to which they replied that they will send a Rs 250 gift voucher with that too but cannot deduct the previous gift voucher cost until we receive that. We received both the things ordered but never got the gift vouchers until now. We again inquired on phone about the gift vouchers to which they told that they will not send the gift vouchers but will adjust the amount at the time of next purchase. We asked then why they didn't adjusted the cost during the second purchase and we told that we are going to lodge a complaint against them. But the person on phone rudely replied that we can do whatever we want to do and added that they will not send the vouchers. As such it is requested that thorough probe should be done and action be taken accordingly on such misconduct,misinformation and wrong commitment which affects the confidence of the customer.
