    Respected Sir/Madam

    Please refer the mail below. In brief, I would like to apprise you that we have placed an order on the basis of an advertisement given by a company 'Naaptol'. The payment was received by the company on advance basis and the product delivered to us contains the following discrepancies-

    1.the product delivered to us was not the same as ordered on the basis of advertisement and
    2. The warranty of product is of six months whereas the company has given in the newspaper that a product will come with a warranty period of 1 year.

    The company has also realised this mistake but not co-operating with us.

    We have written persistent mails to the company but no proactive initiative has been seen from the company side.

    In this regard, we need your help in resolving the matter.

    Dear Manu Aggarwal,

    At the outset I would like to inform your Company Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt.Ltd.(herein thereafter referred to as 'Naaptol'or 'The Company')) had given an advertisement in the newspaper 'The Times Of India - New Delhi' Saturday, 16/10/2010 on page no.28 for WESPRO Mini Laptop with WIFI Connectivity . Based on the advertisement my father Mr. Subhash Arora had placed an order with the company through a purchase order No.886904 dated 16/10/2010 at 18.10 pm for buying a Mini Laptop of Wespro.

    In this regard, I would like to inform you that the product was delivered to us through courier on 23/10/2010 in a box with No marking on it about the specifications of the product. On opening the box, it was very painful to noticed that the product that was ordered on the basis of the company's aforesaid advertisement was not the same. The laptop ordered for WESPRO brand but we have been delivered the laptop of SIGMA brand.

    On sharing the same with the company's executive Mr. Atul Sharad and Mr. Pappu Mehta on 23/10/2010 and after persistent request to them for the replacement of the product they showed no proactive initiative in listening the consumer complaint and showed no sign of help towards the customer .

    Further, this is to inform you that we have already invested much time in communicating with your executives but all went in vain.

    Therefore, at the last we are writing this mail to you and your immediate help in this regard is required inorder to mitigate the risk of any legal consequences.

    In case of any further clarifications, we would be glad to share the same with you.

    Default Complaint against naaptol.

    I had purchased a mobile phone from naaptol. Within 1 month i send it back to them for repairs. I had to pay repair charges of rs 750=00 which i deposited in their account in december. I recd the phone on 29/1/2011 thru courier, but it was mentioned cod. Of the full amount of the phone. I did not pay them again, so the courier took it back. Till date i have not recd the phone. I have been sending mails to mr. Manu agarwal ( ceo and founder ) and mr. Jignesh gangapuram, but no positive reply.
    Please help. Please let me know if a can send all mails to you.
