I bought Videocon Refrigerator on 10/03/2008 due to coming winter we didn't use the refrigerator for whole winter but in coming summer we use it & found that there is some problem because the fridge not giving the proper cooling Then i complaint on customer care & engineer came to my house & he gave us some instruction to use the fridge we follow the instruction but there is no increament in cooling then i again did a complaint in the fridge again engineer came & give us some instructions again we follow that & again no responce from fridge then third time i complaint & engineers came & he refill the gas in the compressor but there is no proper cooling in fridge & yesterday again engineer came & charged the gas & said that keep the food after 2 hours we did as like he said & kept food after 3 hours but this time there is no cooling in the fridge & in this matter the concerned person Mr. Sehgal Whose Mobile No. is 9310680674 also not doing any thing he is the head of servicing in delhi so i am gone tired to do the complaints & phones now i want to do something extra regarding this matter so tell me how can i do that
