Bad Customer Service Voltas 1.5 ton AC Hi,
I am Yogesh from Delhi. I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC on 06th May from following electronic store:
Nayyar Electronic World
Ru-376, Opp Prashant Vihar, Pitam Pura, Delhi - 110088
Now, on 07th May the AC's display malfunctioned. I called the Voltas customer care directly and the guy came in few days and fixed it. Some days later, the modes went blank and no LEDs were coming up on different modes giving a lot of inconvenience in determining as to which mode is currently set. I logged a complaint (Complaint #09MY070618) on 16th May. Customer care told me that it would be addressed by 17th May. Today, it's 19th May and nobody has yet come to fix it. In the meantime, I have called cux care nearly 6 times. Everytime, the agent asks for some time to follow up with the local service center/guy with the promise to call back on my contact #. But, that hasn't happened even once. I end up following it with the cux care with no response.

poor sale service by sham lal and coy in delhi cantt dear sir ,the above shop is having voltas products and i went for 1.5 ton ac buying,i had a dissatifying experience and i have left my advance of 1000 rs there only as they were arguing and not willing to accept that i was cancelling the purchase due to thier poor sales service.voltas name is getting affected

WE BHOUGHT VOLTAS AC(AS WE DIDNT WANT TO BUY IMPORTED AC'S) AS WE THOUGHT WE ARE BUYING THE BEST PRODUCT.....WE BOUGHT YOUR VOLTAS VISIONAIRE FEW YEARS BACK. THIS PARTICULAR AC IS GIVING US TROUBLE FROM LAST TWO YEARS......WE WENT TO YOUR DEALER RAJA AND COMPANY,QUEEN'S ROAD.TIME TO TIME HE DID SERVICE AND CHANGED FEW PARTS AND FILLED UP THE FREEON GAS.
THE A.C. COMPRESSOR AT THIS POINT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.IT BECOMES SWITCHED OFF AFTER EVERY HOUR OR SO.........THIS HAS BEEN OUR COMPLAINT FROM LAST TWO YEARS WHICH THEY FAILED TO SOLVE...IN THE END,WE ARE REQUESTING COMPANY TO LOOK INTO IT,AND SOLVE ARE PROBLEM...
WE WILL WAIT FOR FEW DAYS OR WE WILL BUY AC OF A NEW COMPANY.......PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL QUICKLY...
