    Default Water filter

    Dear Sir,

    We bought the RO Process Water filter one year back.

    Right from the start it gave us the problem.

    We have been advised to instal extra mini-softner filter being our well water is hard. We did that also.

    Still we had problems with this.

    Now the main filter membrane filter is not working. We checked with co. person they told us the problem is with Water hardness.

    Kindly suggest regarding this
