I booked bajaj food processor with them on 26th and after two days they gave a faulty piece, which when we pointed out, was taken back and 6th sent another one, which was also faulty ...

I have paid full money in advance and this is the way , they fulfill there orders. they are fraud..

hi...very poor after sales service from ezone...pathetic...i got a samsung washing machine and 15 days later i have a problem and the response i get is we have registered a complaint with samsung. So i guess it is not their duty to see to it that if my problem has been solved or not.....and the samsung customer care tells me they have got a complaint from ezone after 4 days of me continously calling ezone......poor, poor, performance and the store manager gives me excuses that the lady in question is on leave, etc, etc, my first experience and very bad....

I purchased Eurka forbs water filter and they told that within 2 days people will come and install it. But after follow up they came and did but water is leaking from the joint. I informed e zone about this but and they assured to follow up and get it done but it is just a world and forget.
I requested to change the brand they refused to do that.
it is a shop which is not a user freindly and not helping customer.

Very bad service.
