I have purchased acquaguard total reviva water ourifier from eureka forbes in march2010. At the time of selling the product their sales person tole that they will offer 4 free services and one ywar warranty. I have made payment rs 10000/- they told that invoice will be despatched from their head office directly to my house. But so far i have not received invoice.
In november 2010 some sound was coming from the machine while filling water and i made complaint on 29.11.2010 to the helpline no 39883333 and the complaint no is 0060285001 . As and when i made a call they were telling that tomorrow our service person will come. This was the reply for the last two months.
15th january onwards the machine was not working at all. Again i asked about the status of complaint. Then also i got the same reply.
Again today they have given noe reference number for complaint 0060905092.
Last two weeks i am buying water from out side .
Action may please be taken against them for giveing wrong sales commitments and harassing a customer for about three months and selling the product without invoice.
