This is to inform that i have deposited my Sony Erricsson Vivaz mobile at your authorised service centre Techno Care on 13 Sept 2010 under workorder no. SE310TCC10548. Later, the same was again projected to customer care helpline underCase Id 88457891, dated 27 Sept 2010. On enquiring om 20 Oct 2010 also, the mobile set has not been repaired so far, even though the repairs are being charged, and not uner warranty or frre of cost. This has resulted in my losses amounting to approx rupees eight lakhs in last more than a month, due to non availabilty of that multi role mobile, which was bought for obvious reasons.

Kindly arrange for the mobile to get repaired and refund the losses incurred due to poor maintenance support provided by your company.The same has also been reported at Consumer court ,Delhi.
