Hi,

We have purchased kent purifier from SGB Agencies,Hyderabad 2 weeks back.
From the day 2 problems started.Initially motor was giving annoying sound,then machine stopped working.
After many calls they came and replaced adapter and replaced a temporary pump.
Now water is not getting purified.Despite of calling many times again they are not even turning up to solve the problem.
Please look into this issue.
