Hi,

I have purchased HD media player on my trip to Thailand. Now, it is not even 30 days, that it is not working. The said company has its regional office in Singapore and head office in Netherlands. They do have there local distributor here in India, but he would not help, as it has not been purchased from him.

Please advise what can i do.

Also would like to know if there is any International consumer protection program for Singapore and Netherlands.
