i had purchased a new NOKIA N73 from ESSAR MOBILE STORE MODEL TOWN JALANDHAR.They gave me a temporary bill on the date of purchase 11/01/09 and asked to collect the original bill on the very next day.Since them i have called and visited them hundred times and they have not issued me any thing instead they are harrasing by not replying and picking the phone.Last time i called them they said that your phone is out of stock and they dont have any records of it and also the person who sold the phone to me is fired so they cant do any thing.Please help me sir i have lot of money at stake and i am worried if they have sold me a fake phone
