    Exclamation Denial in refund of deposit by DISH TV

    I had taken a DISH TV connection on 28.08.2010 .It was under a scheme which provided for a refund of the amount paid after a period of 5 years if the set top box was given back.Accordingly, i approached the DISH TV people for a refund . The hey denied my claim citing reason that the scheme had been discontinued even though i had a reciept for the same agreement.
