I ,SADARAM THAKUR, had purchased LCD 32" ( Sony Bravia) model KLV-32S550A PRAKASH TRADING CO. Address(G-16 & 18, vardhman compex,gulabi bagh red light point near shakti nagar railway under bridge delhi-110052 ) Delhi on 5 Nov09 Unfortunately it got out of order (Video Failure) on 18th July'10 & a complaint was booked Complaint ID 5647587
with an assurance from dealer that it will be rectified within 3 days . But after 3 days when no Service Engr. turned up for repairs, I called back to service centre (M/S A.P.Network Sevices - New Rajdhani Enclave - Delhi) . After various attempts of contacting Service Centre we were fially sent Service Engr. on 20th Jul'10 who confirmed that the Panel of the LCD has gone out of order& it will have to be imported from Singapore which will take one week's time. After one week when we contacted Service Centre they had no idea about the delivery time of the reqiured part from Singapore. The only reply was that "we will inform you when it will be received" As the complaint still remains un-resolved for indinite time. Pls intervene & support.

I had purchased some products from the Osim store at Atria mall in Mumbai. This is an international brand of lifestyle products and I am apalled in the unprofessional way they function. I had bought a digital blood pressure monitor called accucheck. The machine was giving faulty readings and we had given ot for repairs. The machine was serviced with a fee for Rs 750/- and was yet not working. This was then again given for repairs and has been with the company service centre for about 8-9 months and inspite of several calls and reminders, there is no response from the. The service centre has probably changed hands and I am tired of the responses that the concerned person is on leave or travelling or will cal you back and to date in response to my 50 calls, there has been none from them. They do not seem to want to return my machine
