Subject: Complaint for Inverter/Batteries not giving proper backup


Repected Sir/Madam,


I have problem with a microtek Inverter which i have bought on 04.05.2009. I has started facing the problem since started but not it is not giving the expected backup.

i had complained to dealer about backup problem after 8 months M/s……………….. who suggested to complaint to customer care only. We have complaintt the same in some day in april . The tecnician comes from Microtek and after checking inverter he ification/surveying explained that there is problem in batteries and advised us to report this to the local dealer. Whole approaching delaer, the dealer denied that there is any proble in Battert and asked us to comapi once again and this time call me also when technician from microtech would visit.

Mean while we were keep facing the proble due to the deficieny in your product.


Onse again we complaint wide………… and wide….. for batteries . The last tecnician came from Microtek and didnt touch anything explaining that it is ok and talked rubbish about the fan. Even he cheked but the battery did not turn up to give backup adeqyuate. . The batteries are under warranty in warranty period .

We had very good faith on the credentials you have shown in your website and the certificate of customer satisfaction ( .. I doubt the independence of certifficatio/surveying bodies). You are requested to please look into the matter seriously and solve the matter. Somehow it causes some negative feedback for such a reputed company But I have purchased a branded Battery for a good back up and maintenance free.

I am no getting any help from the dealer and microtek as well. I think there is problem with dealer because he didn’t fulfill the requirement proposed by the technician. Also in spite of my resist dealer's technicians did not came to us at the time of company’s technician visit.

Under the Consumer Protection Act 1986, I, as a consumer is guaranteed the Right to seek redressal against this unfair trade practices of the company by selling Defective batteries and unscrupulous exploitation of mine as consumer.

You are requested to Either Repair or provide Replacement of these defective batteries or Refund us the price paid for this defective battery.
This is not out of place to mention here that I am subjected to mental and physical harassment due to such conduct of your dealer and your organization, as whole and my entire family is facing this harassment due to this defective battery provided by your company/dealer.
