I have got a acer laptop from my college. After few month of use it showed problem within its warranty period.
I went and showed it to acer personnel in college. He said to change mother board.He took it and for 1month it was with them.It was all free of cost since under warranty period.Then finally one changed pc came.But again within a week it showed problem.I took it to aceragain he said motherboard change.Since then about 5 times motherboard is changed.But still it has problem.Although the service is there but no use of it. Dont know what exactly claimed in service and what is done. I am fed up of acer company and its laptop so are the service personnel. After being patient for almost 2yrs now the product warrantys over and its showing problem.There is no buy back nor exchange offer.What to do in this case.Can anybody help me from consumer court????....
