We purchased a cooler (Usha) Ajee Model on July 20th 2009. The Motor of the same burst in the moth of june 2010.
We companied to the shopkeeper on 21st june 2010.
He had given us the No. of Service dealer. We contacted them on the same day. But till date nothing is happeningn inspite of our 10-15 calls everyday. He has lots of excuses every time.
Your motor is expired. Other day, We need photocopy of the bill. person comes only to get photocopy.
Other day person comes & removes the motor. & after 6-7 days he don't turn back. Motor nahi mil rahi.
Another day He comes with a motor which is not working.
He will come on some other day with an another motor.
Now he is making excuses of the timimgs.
He is ony waiting for the warranty Expiration. Tell us when we will use thw cooler-In winters.
Sometime he says. he reached late yesterady nignt. so he can't come in morning today.
Someday , the bike punctured.
We are fed up with their attitude.
Please helpus. Now , we dont need this cooler, we want our money back as they are not able to give service in warranty period. What will happen after that?
