I bought a refrigerator from LG 3 months ago. Now It has stopped working and I have complained on 29/6/2010(complaint number-C1062932234. They assured me that the "service engineer will resolve my problem within 24 hours".....as they used to advertice on television. Now on 30/6/2010 when nobody contacted to me(either service engineer or from LG) , I again called to coustomercare and they said "our service engineer will resolve your problem in next 24 hours". It means they are saying that I should wait for another 24 hours.

This isn't happening first time...........when I bought this refrigerator I registered myself for demo of the new refrigerator(complaint number -C1042503549)....but as usual all invain.Infact LG wastes time and money of its coustomers.
