Dear Sir,
I subscribed the DTH service from Videocon about 1 month ago. My customer ID is 12255742.
Today(27/06/2010) it was not working since morning due to some technical error. I called to Videocon Customer Care at 10:15 am but they denied registering my complaint until I will suffer the same situation up to 2 hrs. I called them again 2 times consequently at 10:23 am and 10: 27 am to transfer my call to any supervisor or to provide me my Communication ID/Complaint number, they again denied following the same.
However, I able to find my complaint number which is 14554095. In the mean time I talked with the following representatives respectively.
1. Ms Bharti
2. Mr. Mukesh
3. Ms. Gita
I want to make a complaint against M/s Videocon India due to their poor services given to me by the product and customer care. If they will deny to registering a complaint or not providing the communication number, where will customer go or what will he do in this situation. I never faced such a worst situation before.
Finally, I want to ask M/s Videocon, why shouldn’t I make a claim of Rs. 20,000 for not registering my complaint. Why shouldn’t I file the charges against them in the consumer forum.
Please respond me as your earliest.
