I purchased a Videocon refrigerator on dated 16/11/2007. The compressor of this refrigerator is not working from the day I purchased it. I wrote a complain in Jodhpur service center in 2008( the complain number is (SL0040811060003).
Because I am doing job in pune, I used to take follow ups of this complain on phone only. but there was no proper response from Jodhpur service center. Finally now I am in Jodhpur and bring this refrigerator to Om Electro Care(Authorised service center Jodhpur). Now they are asking for Rs 1200 for unused refrigerator refilling
