Hon'ble sir,
With great regret i Varun Rathi of 7, Jatindra Mohan Avenue Kol 700 006, state that on 20.9.2010 i purchased one 1.5 TON windo A/C from their dealer M/S TECHNOCITY 15B SARAT BOSE ROAD KOL 700 020 vide bill TC/CM/06340/09-10 DT 20.9.2010 AND WAS INSTALLED BY M/S GEO SYSTEM OF P-84 LAKE ROAD KOL-700029 through their engineer Mr. SANTOSH SHARMA after verification of site on 24.9.2010 sent by the said dealer. But after installation the a/c unit was not cooling, hence we made several complaint about the same and company sent their authorized service agent M/S Sima Enterprise of 3A Naya Patty ROAD kol 700 055 who advised to install a exhaust fan to clear the accumulated air. But the problem still persist even after the exhaust fan installation. Then the servicing agent complaint that the installation made by M/S GEO SYSTEM is not company authorized installer which was sent by the dealer & so there will not entertain the complaint. Again on our complaint made to the company's customer care & the top management by e-mail several times the agent took the machine for testing on 30.4.2010 which is still not returned. After fifteen days they installed a standby unit on 18.05.2010 and confirmed that the unit is not working properly so they have asked for a replacement machine. They also confirmed that the place of installation is not correct hence the company will make a duct to resolve the issue. Instead of installing the duct and providing us with the replacement they are just replacing the standby unit again & again which will not solve the issue as confirmed by them.
Finding no other alternative for the resolution of the matter we have not allowed to replace the unit and made a complaint to you for a one time resolution.
