Hello Sir

I bought new wall mounting Everest Stabilzer from "Comfort Zone" Saligiramam , Vadaplani last Sunday (30-05-2010) at 7.30 Pm. I was waiting for my electrician to fix it, today when he tried to connect the main board MCB triped, then we identify the problem in Stabilezer . I didnt use the stabilizer not even single day. so I want replacement. since I am suffering with power problem i coundt run my AC continuouisly thats why I bought this new Stabilzer. I am having 6 month old baby , she cannot manage in this hot summer without AC. so please consider this as a serious isuse from a customer point of view and reaplace the Stabilzer as soon as possible by sending a serivice guy. I dont want any service for that product. I want replacement only, becas I havent used single day. Already one service person came and checked the product. he said the problem with the device only.

Note : Both Dealer (comfort Zone) and your customer call attending lady are so rude to me . realy its hurt me , i havent come across any product like such rude behaviour of the company people in the way of responding to the customers call and when they coming with the problem for service to you. please take care of that.
