I ordered online a mobile handset - Blackberry 8220 with MobileStore on 18-5-2010 and made immediate payment using my credit card. The order no. is 110148268. The full details of the order is still available on their website which I have downloaded and stored in my PC. However, they are not delivering the same. On the second day when I called them, I was told that this will be cleared in one more day. On the 3rd day I was called from Mobile Store told that since this item is not in stock I will have to cancel my order. I told them that I am not cancelling the order and that I shall wait for more days.
But when I checked their site immediately I found that they have increased the price of this mobile handset and that this item is still available for sale. Then I realised that Mobilestore is trying to deny me the order placed by me at the earlier cost, by saying that there is no stock. They are not replying to my emails.
Kindly help and advise me on how to go about this and ensure that they will deliver my order for which I have already paid.
