    Default Sukam batterylnot replaced under warranty

    Hi,
    My sukam battery was under warrnty and was not working properly.The dealer from whom i bought it took it on 7match 2010 for replacement.Till now he has not returned the battery.
    Also lodged two complaints with customer care SUKAM (nbr: 396380 and 396385)but till now no action has been taken.Please refund my battery amount as it has been a very delayed and irreseponsbile service from sukam distributors and customer care.
    Issue: The Sukam battery which was under waranty was not working properly.Contacted the Distributor in Hyderabad (Mr Zulifqar baig) and he took battery in March 7th but till now has not returned the battery.(more than 45 days)afrter service
    I am highly disstatisfied with his approach and would like to get my working battery back asap.

    This is in reference to your complaint/grievance regarding Su-Kam and its products. The modus and manner in which the same has been done is neither correct not appropriate. Without prejudice to its rights and contentions, Su-Kam had requested your good self to provide the necessary details and information to substantiate your claim/complaint so that the best possible assistance is provided to your goodself from Su-Kam. Despite of the same till time you have not been able to provide the same to back up your complaint/grievance. Your non co - operation will leave us with no option but to consider your complaint/grievance as false, motivated and exaggerated. Your goodself must be aware that any information/claim, which is wrong and motivated, is published on the net for public viewing and which could not be substantiated with proper documents and information causes serious damages to the reputation and goodwill of the company and also maligns and defame the overall image of the company, its officials and its products. All this besides being civil wrong may even amount to criminal offense and in those cases the company has every right to institute appropriate legal proceedings against that wrong doer. We hereby finally request you to provide all the information, documents and details pertaining to your complaint/grievance within the reasonable period. Needless to say that in case the required information/details/documents are not being provided, your so called complaint/grievance is nothing but false, motivated and malafide.

    Angry Luminous Inverter Complaint

    Hi
    My luminous inverter was under warranty and not working properly .I have already replaced one of the batteries but after a month gap only my second battery and the ghaziabad service center incharge Mr Bakshi is bluntly denying to replace the battery has also failed.I have already logged a complaint and has also mailed at care@luminousindia.com,but no response has been there till now.

    Unhappy SU-KAM -- Issue with Batteries purchased -- No replacement yet - Poor customer service

    I have purchased SU-KAM inverter with 4 batteries on 18th of April from Hyderabad Dealer Bohra Industry. I told him at that time itself, I will be using the inverter in our Kadapa location and not in Hyderabad. He assured me by saying, "it is not a problem... whenever you need help just call me, I will take care of it". I have installed the inverter with the help of an electrician recommended by SU-KAM dealer in Kadapa. After 5 months of usage, we started getting troubles. The battery support power started going down from 3 hours to 5 minutes. I called local dealer and complained about this issue. The local service people reluctant to replace the battery by saying, the batteries should be replaced at Hyderabad only as it was not purchased in Kadapa. I was really shocked to hear about it. It is same company name across India selling the batteries and customer can use the product anywhere he wants. It is almost a week since I raised the complaint no. 13111398006 but no response yet.

    Do we really need to trust SU-KAM and get into troubles? Quite disappointed.
