I have purchased godrej 2 split a.c dated 6th october, 2008. From the day 1 itself i have problems with the cooling & with working condition of a.c. I contacted the dealer & even complained several times (might be 20 times or more) by mail and by phone to godrej customer care, but i haven't seen a company like this, who dont have any respect or importance for their customer service. Its 2nd summer since i purchased a.c, i have to blame myself as the company cant help me out in anyway. It was my mistake to believe godrej. I found a last chance to contact you & share the same. The complain number registered with godrej is (docket no.509237), were theyn have all details of complain. I have been using lg split a.c, very low maintainance, when have problems, i have been serviced at time.
