    Angry Samsung Air Conditioner 1.5 ton Service Complaint

    Hello,

    I 'ad purchased one Samsung AC 1.5 ton last year may'2009 from an authorized dealer in Khanna Market,South Delhi. My Ac is under warranty Period. and this season i called at Samsung Customer care centre dated 20/03/2010 at 10:33:51AM for request of AC service for very first time , they logged a call # 8412763302 and executive confirmed me for visit of service engineer till evening. But after several reminders and calls at customer care even at sevice center of samsung , But till date no such service is provided from Samsung. I have been felt cheated and totally frustated.

    Kindly help me what action should be taken against SAMSUNG in this regard.

    Samsung Air Conditioner 1.5 ton Service Complaint

    I had purchased one Samsung AC 1.5 ton 2 yrs before...due to some reason the a/c came under repair...i launched a complaint on 7.6.2010 samsung serive center hyderabad and spoke to MR GUPTA (9885456671)... the service guys named Mr Mahesh (cell no:9705490486) came and removed the PCB stating that they are unable to detect the complaint and need to chk further at the service center...the complaint reg no:8415323175.....till today i haven't received any call back nor the PCB was returned...and when i tried the number provided by the service guy, there was no response ...."pathetic service".
    I regret having purchased the A/C... many times my friends informed me that the service is not good and not to purchase the same...
    what i would like to know is when will this be done....does it really take so much time......
    please take further action as soon as possible.
    and make sure that its rectified as as soon as possible.

    Dear All,
    I have purches an AIR CONDITION MACHINE on dated 22nd Jun'10 from HAZRAT'S VISION,19-20,Lalit Park,Laxminagar,Vikash Marg,Delhi-92,INDIA(Invoice No.29495).From very first day the instrument making noise after installation. A complain had been lodged to the dealer as well as to the Samsung service center delhi.Two times they (Mr.Manoj Gupta) have visited our home & ultimately on 02 nd July'10,they have unable to rectify the problem & finally promisses to replace an new AC one.The matter has been discussed & confirmed by some Mr.Mukesh Sharma,Service Provider of Samsung AC Delhi and Mrs Doli from Dealer side.They told it will take atleast 10 (Ten) days to replace.

    Sir,Please confirm me in my mail ID,ie; ac_lntecc1@yahoo.com,when I'll get that replacement ?
    Being a general customer a big question arises in our mind.

    Hello,
    As you mentioned that you have already contact with the SAMSUNG customer care but still not get any response, so we suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of SAMSUNG via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time in the notice, wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Default 1.5 ton split ac problem

    On 17.4.2011 AC was not switch on, complaint was given on 19.4.2011. complaint no 8422081776. Service engineer was came on 21.4.2011 and removed the AC electronic board. Till today 12.5.2011 board is not replaced and there is no positive responce from customercare center side and Dealer SS electonics, PERAMBALUR, TAMILNADU. we r doing followup Daily 8 to 10 times. Please do the necessary step to solve the problem.

    Thumbs down 1.5 ton window AC problem

    We. own 1.5 ton Samsung AC we registered a complaint against ineffective cooling of the same on may 2,2011 complaint no-843200047.on may 4, one of your engineer namely Gulfaam(88264448111) along with another guy visited our place.they spoke of refilling of gas & i asked for d remote as well;concluding in Rs.2500.i paid Rs 275 as service charge & they said it`ll be deducted from final bill.they left, assuring that next day A.C `ll be picked up from my residence,never to return.after that i kept on calling them & Samsung service center as well only to get false promises of quick n reliable service.I feel as if m cheated

    what i would like to know is when will this be done....does it really take so much time......
    please take further action as soon as possible.
    and make sure that it`s rectified as as soon as possible.if this thing fails i wont hesitate to approach consumer court.

    Angry Samsung Window AC 1.5 ton

    I purchased a Window AC of 1.5ton from Samsung in March, 2009. Till Mar'10, Samsung provided free servicing quarterly and the ac functioned properly. But after an year from the date of purchase, it started malfunctioning often. We did contact Samsung Customer Care(180030008282) and the same mechanic named Mr. Tinku Singh was sent to repair my machine.

    For the past two weeks the ac was not getting started whenever i was switching it on, compressor was not starting, absolutely no air was coming out of it. Then i called up 180030008282 and the same man was sent who changed the capacitor and took around Rs.400 for the same on Oct.12, 2011. The air conditioner ran smoothly for a day but again the same problem recurred the very next day. Now i again called up Samsung Cust. Care and Tinku Singh was sent who is now of the opinion that the motor wire is burnt wich needs to be replaced and that costs around Rs.1500.

    Now my question is, what kind of air conditioning machine does Samsung makes? I bought the machine in 2009 and from 2010, i am spending money on it ! How long do i have to keep paying for the ac which is just 2 and a half year old now?? Please suggest me some strong actions that i can take againt Samsung and his technician/engineer, Mr. Tinku Singh.

    MADE A MISTAKE IN BUYING SAMSUNG WINDOW AC, DELHI

    I Purchased A Window Ac Of 1.5 Ton On 27,February,2011 From Hari Om Electronics, Kamla Nagar, Delhi. Its Not Even 1 Year, The Ac Is Not Working Properly. I Registered A Complaint In The Company On 12/10/11 And The Engineer Visited Us On 14/10/11 And Said There Is Gas Leakage And Took Ac To The Service Centre. I Am Surprised That Within 6 Months Of Purchase There Is Gas Leakage. I Got It Back On 17/10/11 And On The Very Next Day, i.e 18 /10/11, I Have To File Complaint Again Because It Was Not Cooling. The Engineer Took Ac Again On 20/10/11 And Returned On 21/10/11, But We Were Not Satisfied With It As It Was Giving Problem Again. After That, I Finally Made One More Complaint On 2/11/11 And This Time Engineer Discovered A New Problem Of Wire Setup At Our Home Which Was Irrelevant And I Didn’t Get Any Further Response. And This Is The 4th Time I Am Making The Complain In The Company And Now I Am Waiting For The New Problem To Pop Out From Company’s Side.

    I THINK THE COMPANY ITSELF DOESN’T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM AND MAKING USELESS EXCUSES EVERYTIME.AND I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY, BUT SERVICE OF SAMSUNG IS THE WORST.
    I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IN FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES ALSO.

    i HAD PURCHASED A C OF SAMSUNG COMPANY FROM VIJAY SALES , C G RD NAVRANGPURA, AHMEDABAD
    AS PER CONTRACT , CO HAS TO PROVIDE THREE SERVICES FROM THE DT OF PURCHASE OF A C BUT AFTER ONE
    SERVICE CO. STOPPED TO PROVIDE REMAINING TWO SERVBICES . INSPITE OF MY REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO CO. AND MUMBAI,
    ONLY FALSE PROMISES IS BEING DONE.
