I am Prashant Sharma R/o 1313 maruti kunj, shona road gurgaon, Haryana. I have ordered jucier mixer griander on 1 febuaray 2010 from home shop 18 by my cell phone and i have paid the whole amount by cash to them before delivery they received the amount on 5 February 2010 and they commited that i will get the order in next 10 days but i receieved that order on 25 february 2010 and i didnt received that order on time as per there commitment and aksed them to return my money back as soon as possible and (Mr Abhishek) the supervisor of home shop18, said that they will dispache the cheque and i will get the cheque in next 12 days but till date i will not received my amount. I have the amount receipt with me which they give me at the point of taking money from my side. So please take some action on them so that i will get my amount as soon as possible. I am very thankful to you.

If, I called them then they will not answer properly they just hangup the phone all the time.

i have bo0ked a order spice qt-60 on dated 22-03-2011.my order no is 902868941.they told me that your order will
be placed in next 2-3 day. but when i make a call on dated 26-03-2011 they told me that your order is cancelled to the
product is out of stock. but when i give them to book the order it is in stock. how can you cancelled a order after booking .in any case i need this mobile because you have booked my order otherwise i will complaint against you.

I have received my product 'crystal non-stick cookware set-blue' but out of 6 pieces 3 are defective. there is a dent on the brim of the sauce pans and the round shape of the kadai is not perfect, it is curved inside near the handle. The order no is 906011529. This was my first product from home shop 18. I would really appreciate if my product is replaced.
please do the needful at your earliest.

I bought Amekette Flash Tv player from Homeshop18. I have requested for returning the product they are saying no return policy for this product. I haven't seen such kind of tags with the product.

I ordered a 3 piece nonstick cookware worth INR 1199/- on 08/11/2010 and was delivered a chopper worth Rs 142/- only. I registered a complaint and was told by their customer support to send it back. I asked for the address and they said they would arrange a pickup. The matter stands thereof. No pickup, no refund. Please advise further action or take required action to either get the refund or the product atleast......
