I am using Tata Sky for the past 2+ years and now recently since past few months, some of the frequent watched channels are getting poor signal and picture is getting stuck. When I called the customer service, they said that a service engineer can come, but will charge Rs 339. But when the signal is not coming properly, why should I pay for them to come and fix the dish or the line ? Just because no one asks, they are simply making baseless charges. This is totally not acceptable and they should be punished for making such a monopoly like this.
