I have purchased a Toshiba laptop on 11th October 2009 with fine computers at Coimbatore and as they have mentioned in their advertisement they have to give me a ipod and a iphone worth18900Rs as a gift for the said puchase. I have receives a mp3 player instead of ipod nano the model they showed on ad and yesterday got the phone its not a iphone a fake one which is not working at all,when I tried to call them they are not responding.Shall I lodge a complaint to ensure these kind of practice not happen in future.

i too have bought the dell laptop in Coimbatore fine computers shop in fact it was not even a show room just a small shop also they did not give me the proper service for my laptop....
even for the bios update they are making three days for that and to en quire them they leave out of the station..............
the printer which they gave was not working properly and also the iphone was cheated as i-fone just note the above......
if u need to buy any company products pls buy it in the showroom...................

hi, i m sanjana suresh from cbe, i bought dell laptop from same "fine-computers" , but b4 i was studying in ooty , when i came across fine i chk in net .. Worried abt ur statements abt fine.. But thou as trial i casually went to fine ..... But i really amazed of their approach... Normally in all shops.... They provide just a paper-sheet or pamphlets of brands... But here in fine.. They taught us ... What technology roughly... They spend 2-2.5hrs in discussion with me... While enter.. They excite us. In warm welcome with questions? 1. What is ur actual requirement 2. What is ur actual budget? Based on, our "budget + requirement" they pitch the right product.. Moreover they give value to relationship + trust.... I was 100% 100% satisfy with their service... Then only i bought dell laptop from they its was morethan 4yrs now... Working pakka... And even the price what they give is "lowest price in the city" and "gift simply superb ever can give".

Its really u people fault or whatever it may be... B4 buying u should confirm exactly what u buy what u pay...

Suppose,
if ur expectation is more than what they give...."always expectation should be .... But not more...." fulfilling.... "expectation is more........!" is not at all possible by anyone....

Actually,
why i suppose to accrecate fine... Is they are not at all known to me... But uncessarily spoiling one brand name with ur mischief handle of purchase , how u can blame such a reputed firm....

If u are not satisfy, with that much support.. Then u people are really fake... Uncessarily spoiling all reputed brand names....

I humbly request the people not to believe in this Fine computer Rascals. They are just cheating people. I booked for a product sometime ago. I am still continuously following it up. They do not respond. The mobile no given in the advt. DO NOT work. The lan line 100 nos from 4322600 to 699 is just fake. No one responds or continuously engaged. These kind of people are supposed to be beaten with rotten chappels ****. I am very much disappointed that my hardly earned money has been put in to trouble.
