i am a reliance big tv user.i am very ubset from reliance service, because i have not using my reliance big tv from last four months, many times i were contacted on reliance customer care, but end result is zero, no one coming with us to resolve the problem, but every time they will give a complaint no. 7 say your complaint will resolve in 24 hrs, 48 hrs., but no action were done on that problem, i am going mentaly disturbed from that, a reliance can not solve the customer problem, even nobody contact us to resolve the problem. please do needfull, some complaint no. for your reference as below

respected sir /mam as we are the users of reliance big tv from 7/08/2008 last year in the month of september we have taken one year validity card and recharged but now none of the channels are coming in your tv they are telling nell balace in our account please i want to know exact details of our account please i will be waiting for your kind reply.

today i was recharge my accout for 100rupees but balance recharged only 90rupees. i know this dealer side problem, but called to cus care excutive ,they gave the anwer to me very ideal unexpected answer pls check reply to me

Dear sir/madam,
iam a reliance big tv customer for 03 years.after repeated problems and various complaint nos some problems had been solved. But now it had exceeded all .i had shifted from one place to another place in same city and after giving several requests/ complaints none of service provider had come to reinstall since 15 days. now they are saying firsdt recharge then send request to engineer ,then your set top box will be reinstalled. Without installation how it can be recharged and whats the guarantee that they will instal after recharge ? This big peoples are making fools to customers once sold . Whats the solution to this problem??????????
