I purchase reliance BIGTV DTH , when I purchase some channel is forcefully add to my package , when I talk with our Distributor and Reliance Customer Care Centre Executive , no properly reply both .

I want to any provision or low is available for DTH service provider against customer choose selected channel and price. Some channel is not require to us how to cancle or forcefully add our package.

Can u help to me I choose require channel list and price from same service provider or any low available for same .

I hope u Sir not help to me only all reliance customer help.
