i undersigned mr.ashish badnapurkar i am besically from aurangabad, i am doing post graduation in manipal.
i wanted to purchase laptop so, on 15/08/09 i went to vijay seles electronics pune ( railway station branch) and choosen one laptop but with me my wife's debit card was there so i shown that card (card no.504437149801) they have swapped two times once for 15000/ and another for 10000/- but the cost of the laptop was 31000/- so from my wife's debit card on one day only 25000/ can be withdrown so remaining 6000/- was not possible to pay that time i told that this is my wife's card. so taking advantage of that they told that we will not give laptop to you either you have to bring your wife for signing or we will refund your money in respected account but that time swine flue was in peak in pune so denied to bring my wife and i told them that refund my money in my account, after that i waited for one month they told that we have sended request to our bank to refund. i asked them to give the document proff to my friend who will come to recive the documents whatever you have given to your bank manager, when first time my friend went that respective person who is responsible for all these Mr. Anand was not there so my friend called me from pune to manipal. then i called to mr.anand he told that he is in another brach so he (mr.anand) has called to station branch and told to give two application that they have forwarded to their bank, my friend took that and faxed it to my wife who is in aurangabad. my wife has consulted to her bank central bank of india and shown the letter in that, instead of debit card they have mentioned the credit card but the nomber of card was the same i.e.504437149801 on the day when my wife went to bank bank manager was not there so she came back. after that she went in the bank for two three times the other staff of bank was telling that the shopkeeeper is cheating you there is no such procedure for that, in between i callled the shop keeper he told that from my account the money has been deducted it is with your bank manager ask him to give letter that the money has not been deposited in your account i told him i will send you the bank statement he was agreed with that i sent that but nothing has been happened while going to aurangabad i went to pune and met that mr. anand he told me that from my account the money has been deducted so you ask your bank to cash back. i asked give me proof that you have diposited money in my bank, he has not given that after a week period i called him and told that i am going to file case againest you, immediatly next day of that he has called me and told that i will give my bank manager's letter that the money is deducted from my account so he faxed that letter to my wife but in that letter only last four digits of card was mentioned i.e.xxxx xxxx xxxx 5942 and they have mentioned that the money has been deposited on 22/08/09 but till now the money is not deposited in my account, that letter has shown to the bank manager of central bank of india aurangabad. he told that already three months are passed you give complain in writting we will forward it to mumbai the credit and debit card department. my wife also asked to give letter denoting that the money is not been deposited in my account so he has given so she called the Mr. anand he told that i am in mumbai so you call me tommarow, after that he is not picking the phone i also tried to call mr. shailesh bhatt who is supervisor of that show room but he is also not responding they are no picking my phone and my wife's phone we tried several times with different numbers but then also they are not answering.
in this situation what to do i am in manipal which is in karnataka and my wife is in aurangabad in maharashatra i can not go to pune and ask that shopkeeper or file the case againest him
please sujest me the possible way to get my money back.
