I have purchased a whirlpool 1.5 ton Split AC on 1st Sep 2008 from Orient Electronics, Dharampura Bazar, Opp. Midtown Plaza, Patiala-147001, Tel. No. 0175-2215167. This AC has never worked properly since day 1. There was leakage in it from day 1. I submitted this complaint against it, but nothing was done. We were not given coupons for free services as well. When we submitted complaint for these issues with company's call center at chandigarh at number 0172-60008558. They started blaming dealer's installation and also asked us for payment for visiting us to see faults in AC. We are not being given any after sales services. Due to leakage from front panel of AC in room, my father's health suffered a lot. Mental harassment is also there. So, we are looking for proper action against dealer and company for such malpractices.



We would be thankful if you support us in taking strict action against Whirlpool Company and Dealer Orient Electronics.
